Create your Successful BOSS BIZ...Setting your Intentions for 2024!


Take 5 min to "Brain storm" your...Personal Goals:

  • Pick goals that you actually want to do. Don't just pick things you think you need to choose, pick ones that resonate with your actual life goals

  • Write out everything (don't filter) just what comes to mind. It can be losing weight, getting a healthier lifestyle, etc.

  • What is it that you want and need to do this year, just for you!

  • Choose your top 3 things on this list that you really want to do this year

  • Pick your top one and that will be what we make an action plan for this week!


Take 5 min to "Brain storm" your...Biz Goals:

  • Write out everything (don't filter) just what comes to mind. It can be making more money (how much), branding yourself, etc.

  • What is it that you want and need to do this year, just for your biz!

  • Choose your top 5 things on this list that you really want to do this year

  • Pick your top one and that will be what we make an action plan for this week!


Stay Motivated...Find ways to stay Positive and Motivated!

Create a Happiness File...

  • Take 5 min to write down ALL of Your Strengths: Write at least 10 things Use this list to REMIND yourself that you have many skills and talents! You can add more skills that you accomplish this year to your list! Use this list as a pick me up on a rainy day! We get those and well its nice to see that we have accomplished things. Remember to add ALL of your wins to this file!


YOU are a Work in Progress...

  • Take 5min to write down any of Your Challenges: These are things that can help you grow. Be honest what do you think you need to work on. This can be used as part of your personal or biz goals. Its empowering to realize we dont need to be perfect and that we admit that we can learn something new!

  • You can keep this to yourself as its personal but if you wanted help just reach out and I will gladly help you with this.


Set Action Plans:

  • WRITE down the BIG ONE you want to pursue...Year Write down your main goal that you want to achieve!

  • Create your Action Plans: Monthly Breakdown what you need to do every month

  • Create your Daily Action Plans: Write down what you need to do weekly and then daily to achieve your goals REVIEW EVERY SUNDAY and make adjustments to your goals so that you can hit your targets


Daily Journal

  • Write down your daily goals, how you are feeling, what you need to work on today Its ok if you missed stuff from the day before, just refocus and know that you go this! Today is another day to work on your personal and biz goals! Reach out if you need help:)


Weekly Adjustments

  • Each week review what you accoplished and resadjust what you need to do for this upcoming week.

  • Always good to do on a Sunday to reimagine or adjust and to remotivate you for the upcoming week!


Keep the ACTION Steps Flexible...know that they can and will be changed throughout your journey

Example Plan: Get Fit!

  • Figure out your reason WHY? This is what will keep you determined and focused on achieving your goal! ie. Health scare

  • Keep it as a lifestyle goal so that you will maintain the weight loss ie. build in a maitenance program for afterwards

  • Create a plan for a healthy daily mindset to keep you on track ie. Keep a daily journal


Set your ACTION STEPS: Get Fit!

  • Measure your inches, weight, and check out a BMI

  • What are you supposed to be at for your age, height etc.

  • Check with your Doctor to see what types of activities are safe for you to do

  • Figure out your mindset: What are your food triggers? Are you a stress eater, bored eater or both?

  • Look at what you are eating daily. Keep track of your daily Nutrition. Eliminate excess sugar, fat, salt, processed foods. Get on a healthy meal plan

  • Start a Fitness Program that you want to do and will work best for you. Start out slow and be consistent

  • Get help from a personal trainer or fitness coach if you find that you are unable to stick with it, at least at first

  • Check out fitness programs online, there are tons of them! (and for free!). I love doing Tai Chi,Belly Dancing, and Yoga.All gentle on the joints and helps with mindset

  •  Map it out for at least the next 8 months out, then per month what your goals are, weekly and then daily goals. ie. Monthly goal: lose 8pds (2 per week), weekly 2-3 x fitness per week depending on Dr recommendations etc.

  • Keep at it! You Got this!
