Most of us already do morning mindset, self care, and self love activities everyday. This helps us feel better, look better, and act better in our daily lives. It is true that What you focus on...is what you become? When you are positive you attract positive and when you are negative you...well, get negative results. So why are we still struggling to succeed?

Try this Activity and see how it works for you, be patient you will have to practice it regularily but it does work and has been working for me for quite some time....
Put yourself in your FUTURE Self's Mindset:
Put yourself in your FUTURE Self's Mindset. When you think from that perspective, you will ACT in that perspective. Think about it for a minute...If you are not worried about being financially independent ie money is no object, what would you do, how would you act? How would you approach your BIZ? Completely differently right?!
If a successful millionaire bossbabe is making a decision: she is not making it from where you are but from someone who already has money, her focus is on helping others with true help because she isn't desperate for money, isn't sad or frustrated about her biz, she is coming from a place of serving rather than selling...
When you operate from that perspective you are truly helping others: by reaching out without fear because you know it will help them, you are offering your time because you know they need it, you are more compassionate because you have been in their shoes, you are invested in their success and helping them grow
Your FOCUS needs to be that you are already in that space. When you ACT from that mindspace, you DO things differently from what you would normally do
How do we get to this place of future mindset thinking...
Ask yourself do I have a TRUE Choice? What is the one thing that you will work for
How do I know if its a true choice that I have made? Its a true choice because you are choosing it because you just want to, no other reason no other strings. It sits well with you because you don't need to justify it
When you make this choice its not to prove or heal a wound as that is not a true choice. Why we fail is we continuously try to fill that void or heal a wound to prove we are successful. Its like revenge mindset..."I will show others I am successful"...that just gets frustrating and when you get what you want...you are never truly satisfied and start to self sabotage
INSTEAD create your true choice...true reason for doing your online biz...more than likely financial freedom...whatever it is...act from that place of already being there...this shift changes how you act...
How will this Change you BIZ...
You will be more confident because you are not afraid to reach out to others
You are acting out of serving rather than selling
You will want them to succeed
You are coming from a place of gratitude and love
EXAMPLE:
If I am financially independent (goal) + money is no object, my focus is different. I am not worrying about money, I have tons of time to do what I want to, I am not stressed about my biz activities because they are already successful. So I can do what I want daily...so my NEW FOCUS is...I can help as many people as I can get to this same place too!
You will find that resistance/tension/self sabotage comes up when you do this. Ask yourself what you are feeling? You will come up with excuses as to why you can't do this. This is normal, its your mind protecting you from getting hurt, from feeling pain, from making mistakes...keep practicing!! ADD this practice of Thinking from your FUTURE Mindset daily in the mornings with your AM Routine. It will change how you post, how you interact online and how you run your BIZ...
