Living a Life of Calm, by AJ Michiels

Living of life of Calm can actually be achieved. No its true as I am that person. But I wasn't always that way. Its taken a lot of letting go, believing in myself and loving myself. YOU too can achieve a life of calm, it just starts with one step towards your future for just YOU.


  1. Start with a list of all your strengths! What is it you are good at?

  2. Write a list of all your challenges. What is it you need to improve on?

  3. Are these challenges something you need to work on, if so pick your top 3 and set up a plan of action.

  4. Maybe your challenge is to simplify your life. So with that in mind creat your plan of action. Start with an AM and PM routine to keep you on track with self care things we tend to forget about. If we do a regular self care program we feel better and act better. Eliminate clutter in your space as it will help you breathe better but also takes the tension away. Create a love journal that you can write down any thoughts that come up.

  5. Start to walk. Walking not only increases your circulation, improves your mobility, and feels good. It also helps keep you in shape and will ultimately make you feel good with endorphins and compliments:)
