Why does your Mindset Matter? Why you need to develop your own Gratitude Attitude on a daily basis. Our daily mindset staying on the focused and positivity will help you with everything in your life...including running an online biz! Why do I focus my coaching so much on this...because I know that mindset can change lives. It helps my clients move forward with ease, letting things go, and developing healthy self care routines.


We are all trying to manage stress, anxiety and depression. By letting our feelings ebb and flow it makes it easier to process our emotions. We can learn to better let go of the past or sadness through daily self care activities. We can see more clearly with our goals setting and time management. We can also boost our moods and confidence.


How can we add some better behaviours...good place to start is with an AM Routine, afternoon Self Care Boosters, and a PM Routine. Now I get time is a factor for most of us we are lucky to get even 15min for ourselves, but making the effort to help ourselves on a regular basis is what is going to help us be more successful in our lives ie with relationships, business, our careers. These activities can help calm your mind and get you ready for a more positive and productive day. It all starts with you...


One of the best places to start that honestly does not have to take a long time is with Gratitude. By adding a regular AM Gratitude Practice, you will start to feel better. Start with getting comfy, take some deep breathes and listen to what comes up. Perhaps you say some positive affirmations " Today is going to be a good day for me, I am going to be calmer and clearer today...etc" Perhaps its more of a I am grateful for...write it in your journal. Find what works for you.


Some helpful Tips on developing a Gratitude Attitude:

  1. Make a gratitude list each day. Start with three things you're thankful for and add more as you go.

  2. Express your gratitude out loud. Tell your loved ones how much you appreciate them.

  3. Take time to reflect on the good in your life.

  4. Say thank you for the little things.

  5. Show your appreciation to others through kind words or acts of kindness.

  6. Start a gratitude journal. Write down one thing you are thankful for each day.

  7. Spend time with people who show you gratitude and appreciation.

  8. Show gratitude to yourself by engaging in self-care activities.

  9. Practice mindfulness and savor the moment.

  10. Count your blessings and give thanks for them.

  11. Write thank you notes to people who have helped you.

  12. Volunteer and give back to your community.

  13. Appreciate the beauty in the world.

  14. Write down your long-term and short-term goals and give yourself credit for the progress you’ve made.

  15. Give compliments to those around you.

  16. Express gratitude in difficult times.

  17. Spend time in nature and appreciate its beauty.

  18. Make a habit of writing down one thing you are thankful for each night before you go to bed.

  19. Challenge yourself to find something to be grateful for in every situation.

  20. Start a gratitude challenge with your friends and family.
